NASA’s presence at the Girl Scouts Unite conference
From July 23 to 25 2026 the 58th Girl Scouts Unite event will be held in the Exhibit Hall. At booth #206, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration offers a Hyperwall storytelling program where specialists present their work and current missions.
Thursday, July 23 schedule
- 11:00 – 11:15 am: “From Daisy to NASA Engineer” – Barbara Hilton shares her career path.
- 11:15 – 11:30 am: “Exploring Mars, The Planet Next Door” – Lindsay Hays provides an overview of ongoing Mars research.
- 11:30 – 11:45 am: “Get Ready With Me: Preparing for a Spaceflight” – practical advice for young enthusiasts.
Program objectives
The Hyperwall sessions aim to give girls and young women insight into engineering careers, spark interest in STEM subjects and highlight possible career routes within NASA.
