During the Starlink 10-45 mission, another set of 29 spacecraft for SpaceX's broadband constellation was placed into a low Earth orbit early on Friday morning. The vehicle lifted off from launch complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
The mission began at 5:10 a.m. local Eastern Daylight Time, corresponding to 09:10 Coordinated Universal Time. A Falcon booster that had already completed a prior flight was used for the launch, demonstrating reuse of the hardware.
