Rescue plan
Northrop Grumman proposes an air‑launch system, deploying a rocket from a carrier aircraft. This method, proven in earlier missions, offers rapid response and flexibility in launch location.
Execution
The launch is slated for 30 June. After release from the aircraft, the rocket will ignite and raise Swift into a higher, stable orbit, allowing a controlled de‑orbit later.
