NASA has announced that it will provide live coverage of the launch and subsequent docking of the Roscosmos Progress 96 cargo spacecraft, which is set to deliver approximately three tons of supplies to the International Space Station.

The unpiloted resupply vehicle is scheduled to lift off on Wednesday, September 9 at 12:15 p.m. EDT, corresponding to 9:15 p.m. local time at the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
Cargo and Purpose
Progress 96 will carry food, fuel, water and spare parts needed to support the crew aboard the orbiting laboratory, ensuring the continuation of scientific research and station operations.
