Third operational delivery for architecture
The T1TL-E (Tranche 1 Transporter Layer E) flight will carry a third group of operational spacecraft designed to support the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture being assembled by the U.S. Space Development Agency. The constellation aims to provide a distributed and resilient communications layer in orbit.
A total of 21 communications satellites are manifested on the mission. The SDA's program seeks to field a proliferated low-Earth-orbit network that enhances connectivity and redundancy for defense users.
Launch schedule and site
Liftoff is planned from launch complex 4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The targeted moment is 1:32 p.m. local Pacific time, equal to 4:32 p.m. Eastern time and 8:32 p.m. coordinated universal time.
